As a manufacturer specializing in warehouse stack racks, we have run into various requirements from clients, we always try our best to meet them, because CUSTOMIZATION is one of our features. Below is one of cases what we do for our dear client from the USA.
Earlier this year, one client from the USA tell us his requirements: (1) L1100(external）*D1100(external)*H1800mm(overall); (2) load capacity: 1000kg; (3) need wire mesh connecting posts;(4) need steel panel on bottom. We designed accordingly and make a drawing for him as picture one.
The client approved the drawing and placed order. Picture two is the product we did for him.
And several months later, the client get back to me and said that since cartons were piled up in racks so high that the cartons in bottom part were usually damaged, so he wants to divide storage space into two parts in height. I didn’t quit understand at first. Then he said just add one steel shelf in the middle to separate the bottom press. Then we make a 3d drawing for his reference, he said perfect and placed order for one container of this type.
After 25 days for production, the final warehouse stack racks with middle shelf come out as picture four shows.
We always assemble our products after powder coating surface treatment to make sure that our clients can finish installing successfully and use them as they expect.
Number of Cases like this is growing. Clients say what warehouse stack racks they want, we design and make 3D drawing for confirmation. After approval of drawing, we offer competitive price. After we made a deal, we produce as we design. At last, we assemble and double check if there is any problem before shipment. Customization is not a word for us, is series of actions for us!
