In the middle of last month,a customer from Bahrain ordered some narrow aisle pallet racks with ground rail from our company. We completed the production and shipment at the beginning of this month. There are two types of columns, one is 8100mm high, the other is shorter and has fewer layers, and the beams are all 3600mm long. The whole layout is very regular and beautiful. In order to better protect the racks, we also designed ground rails for customers to facilitate the operation of forklifts. According to the different layer loads, although the length of the beam is the same, the material specifications are different. 120mm size welded beams are used for lighter layer loading, and 140mm size welded beams are used for heavier loading capacity, and equipped with four claws.
Narrow aisle pallet rack is a special type of heavy duty pallet rack. The difference from ordinary heavy duty pallet rack is that the height is relatively high, usually up to 8 meters or even 10 meters, so they look narrow, and they are collectively called narrow aisles pallet rack. And it usually equipped with ground rails. Another difference is that forklifts are different. Ordinary forklifts cannot reach that height. There are special forklifts that are used in conjunction with narrow aisle pallet rack. Usually, the aisle is a little smaller than ordinary heavy duty pallet rack, usually about 1.9 meters. Ordinary Heavy duty pallet rack need about 3.3-3.4m, so in summary, narrow aisle pallet rack can make full use of the warehouse space and add more storage locations. Of course, the cost is also a bit more expensive, mainly because the columns are higher and the beams are usually more, which are reasonable.
