Structural Features Of Stackable Racks

Stackable rack is a handling and storage equipment derived from pallets. It is one of the multi-functional equipment for cargo unit assembly, commodity storage and commodity circulation. It needs to be used with forklifts.

Stackable racks can be stacked on top of each other, and the stacking height depends on the height of the warehouse, thereby forming a three-dimensional storage mode without the need for pallet racks, storage cages, steel pallets and other equipment. They are suitable for use in temporary storage area management of rental warehouses, production workshops, and warehouses, and can also be used for the logistics operation method that has both storage and distribution functions.

Steel stackable racks can stack heavy objects at high places, store them in multiple layers, and arrange them at will, making them easy to move. The stacked storage design saves space. The load borne by this special structure can be evenly distributed to the four columns. The larger the load, the more stable it is, and it can play an outstanding role in shaking such as earthquakes.

Stackable racks are divided into two types: plug-in type and folding type. They generally consist of a bottom frame and columns (side frame). The materials are mainly square tubes, angle steel, and plates. They can be freely stacked in multiple layers, can be freely retracted, and have a solid and lightweight structure. Easy to transport, greatly saving transportation costs.

The two shelves seem to have similarities, but the differences are still quite big. The fixed stackable rack is made of welded steel and is strong and durable. The detachable stackable rack consists of a base and four columns. Stackable  rack is generally used to store turnover materials, agricultural products, etc.
