This wire mesh container pallet is made of steel rectangular pipe and wire mesh. This type of pallet is for some loose goods with no shape package. And this type of pallet are usually placed on pallet rack.The hollow supports in four corner positions under pallet are to make space between beams of pallet rack and bottom of wire mesh container pallet when it is placed on pallet rack, in which way the forklift can put pallet on beams and take forks back.
The advantage of this type of wire mesh container pallet is that it’s cost is low, because the structure is simple, which can not be disassembled and folded. If your site is close to our factory, we suggest to use this cost-effective type. But for overseas clients, we recommend foldable storage cage and knock-down cage container, because taking too much space no matter when it is in usage is its disadvantage. Only three or four wire mesh can be stacked in one pile when they are loaded into overseas containers or on trucks while foldable ones can be stacked in pile with quantity of seven to eleven sets.

According to clients’ requirement on load capacity, we can choose pipe sizes from 25*25mm to 60*60mm and different thickness from 1.0mm to 3.5mm. For the wire mesh, the diameters we usually are 4.0 and 5.0mm. The hole sizes options are 25*25mm, 25*50mm, 50*50mm, 50*100mm and 100*100mm which also is up to clients’ needs.
