Last week we just developed a new customer from the UK. The customer wanted to use steel stilledges to store textile. We happen to specialize in producing a variety of steel stilledges and sent some steel stilledges styles to the customer to choose from. Finally, Customers are interested in folding steel stilledges and conventional removable steel stilledges. Two solutions are designed for customers based on their size and load capacity, one is a folding steel stilledges and the other is a common plug in steel stilledges.
Compared with conventional steel stilledges, folding steel stilledges are more expensive, and can loading less quantity in the container, less than half of ordinary plug in steel stilledges. In the end, the customer chose conventional plug in steel stilledges. The customer ordered two high container, but the delivery time of the first container is relatively urgent. They hope that the sooner the better. After communicating with the production and confirming, we estimate that the two containers stilledges can be produced in 15 days and will be shipped to the customer on time.
The size of the steel stilledges is 1950*1400*1600mm, which is relatively close to the size of one of our previous customers. The industries of the two customers are relatively similar. They are both used in the fabric roll industry. The size of the steel stilledges of the previous customer is 1830 * 1524 * 1830mm. This time, one container can fit 7 rows, and the height direction can be put 29 pieces, so one container can loading 203pcs.
At the beginning, we designed for the customer a conventional stacking head with bowls stacked on top. However, the customer took a closer look at our drawings and still wanted to put the bowls underneath, so we slightly changed the design according to the customer’s requirements.The customer liked the structure of the bowl below very much. The bowl was relatively large and easy to stack when stacking. Then he asked us if the round head on the top could be replaced with a flat one. We explained that this was a set. If the top was flat, it might not be conducive to stacking.The customer finally accepted our opinion and finalized the order. The overall color is blue, which looks very bright.
