Yesterday, our factory was busy for container loading. In the morning, we arranged 3*40HC to galvanized factory to load the stacking rack. Our clients purchased these racks for cold room storage, mainly to store food such as beef, and ice cream. Hot dip galvanized surface treatment can protect the racking from rust and corrosion.The size and shape of the stacking rack can be customized for clients,and even for the stacking bowl, also can be designed and produced as customers requirement. Of course, for the common stacking rack, surface treament also can be treated with plastic spraying.
After finished galvanized stacking rack container loading, we went back to factory and started to load heavy duty galvanized panel racks, which are delivered to Cameroon from shanghai port. This container was ordered by one of our old customer who ever purchased similar products in 2019. And when they received our racks, find the structure and quality were good, so this year, gave us a smiliar order again.Autually, pallet racking is also a hot selling product in our factory. There are many types of pallet rack. Common structure is box beam connect with upright frame. According clients different storage needs,upper also can be equipped with wire decking, powder coated steel panel or galvanized steel panel.
And finally started to load cantilever racking,which is delivered to Canada.It was a speical cantilever rack, which are equppied with steel panels. For the cantilever racking, we usually have two types, light duty one and heavy duty one. The lighter weight capacity cantilever columns are welded with two C shape steel, and arm is made of rectangular tube. For heavy duty cantilever, which weight capacity can reach 1-5t even more, both of columns and arms will be made of H shape steel, which will let the whole structure more steady.
