Today we will talk about the product as below picture shows – stackable storage cart. We call it stack rack with casters. This type of stack rack is especially popular in the USA market.
As a manufacturer, we have designed and made a lot of deeply customized products and we managed to meet customers’ requirements every time. And sometimes we can offer customers advises to make product work better. One of the most customized products we do is stack racks, we have much experience in this field.
One day, a client from the USA sent me a picture and asked if we could do it. The products is not difficult for us, just combination of stack racks (one of our main products) and casters. We said no problem, but the client doubted us and placed a sample order (by the way, in our field, the price of sample is usually much more than bulk order price, but we provide same price for both). And finally the sample made client satisfied and placed bulk order.
The advantage of this type is obviously the mobility. If your goods are scattered over a area and you have to collect them first before storage, we recommend this type to you.
In the case your goods are small, we can lay steel panel on bottom. And if you need to fasten goods on stack rack by cargo strap, we can add holes to fix the beginning of strap like below.
The disadvantage of this type is that low quantity of them can be loaded into container, unless the fork entry is not necessary for you.
