Recently, the new heavy duty rack project designed and produced by our company has been successfully installed. This project is located in the Hebei area of China. The customer’s warehouse area is relatively large, and they want to make reasonable use of the space, finally choose conventional heavy duty rack to store products. The rack size is 2.3 meters long, 1 meter wide, and about 6 meters high. There are three layers of beams and three layers of goods. Each level can carry around 1.5 ton. The back-to-back racks are connected with row spacers to make the whole rack structure more stable.
In addition to the design team and production department, our company also has a professional installation team. The customer wants us to responsible for the whole project, including installation. After finish the producing and deliver the rack to customer’s warehouse.We arrange an installation team to go to there and complete the installation within a week. The installation of heavy duty racking is relatively simple compared to drive in racking and mezzanine rack. The most complicated part is the frame install.
How to install the frames? First take two uprights and put them on the ground, then start to install the horizontal braces, then the diagonal braces, after installation and adjustment, tighten the bolts and plastic block. After all the frames were installed, they were erected, and the beams began to be hung. It is relatively simple to hang the beam, just put the claws of the beam directly into the holes of the frame on both sides, and then insert the safety pin. Finally, adjust the overall orientation of the racking and use expansion screws to fix the frame footplate with the ground to make the overall structure more stable and firm.
