Previously, we have cooperated for drive in racks and stacking rack projects, and customers are very satisfied with our rack quality. This time, there is a new project, and they find our company at the first time. The client provided the drawings of the warehouse and expressed the storage requirements he needed. At the beginning, the client planned all areas to be attic, and we designed a corresponding solution for them.Later, the customer wanted to keep a part of the heavy duty shelves to place different products. We have adjusted the plan.
Constantly modifying and adjusting according to the requirements of customers, and finally achieving their satisfaction, and then we start to discuss the price. As a factory, we have a certain price advantage. On the premise of ensuring product quality, we give customers preferential prices. In the end, customers gave the orders to our company.
After receiving the order, the production technology department of our company designs and decomposes it according to the drawings provided by the solution technology department, lists the corresponding material and sends it to the purchasing department. When the materials arrive to factory, we start to producing them.
For the mezzanine rack, first of all, all of the size can be customized. From the shape, it is usually divided into two types. The bottom is composed of shelves, the top is a platform, and the other is composed of shelves both at the bottom and the top. From the perspective of weight capacity, it usually can be divided into three types, light duty mezzanine rack, medium duty mezzanine rack and heavy duty mezzanine rack.
