Galvanized Stackable steel pallet is one of main products. In year of 2023, we produced and exported around 50 containers of stackable steel pallets to a lot of countries such as Oman, South Africa, South Korea and so on. There is no negative comment from our clients on the quality of galvanized stackable steel pallets we made.
Last month, we finished a trial order of galvanized stackable steel pallets. The client of this order need an inspection before shipment, which is normal and easy requirement for us. As per client’s requirement, we need to check the galvanized stackable steel pallets on welding quality, dimensions, load capacity and weight.
First is welding quality, we took pictures of welding points to prove that there is no fake welding and miss welding. And it is also important to polishing welding points after welding to get rid of pointy welding slag on surface.
The second is dimension, we measured the length, width and height to make sure those sizes are what client required.
Then the third one is load capacity. The load capacity of galvanized stackable steel pallets client required is 1500kg. So we put steel materials which weighs 1500kg on steel pallets, the beams bend a little bit in the allowance of bearing. And we stacked two pallets on one pallets to check the situation of 3-level-stacked steel pallets. In the testing for 3-hour, the 3-level stackable steel pallets with 1500kg on each stayed well. And none of the 3 steel pallets deformed after unloading.
The last one is weight. It is very easy, we only need to put stackable steel pallets on our electrical scale, then the weight will be shown on screen. Please note that the weight in the quotation we sent you will be a little bit (in 10%) more than the actual weight we weigh, because the weight in quotation is calculated by our engineer, including loss and tear.
