We are glad to have Mr Kim from South Korea visiting our factory last week.
We got contact in April when Mr Kim send us inquiry on steel pallets. Then we talked about details on steel pallets, of course price is the most important fact. We sent Mr Kim invitation to help him on visa when he made decision to visit our factory. And Mr Kim also required two samples, which is no problem for us. We started to make two sets of sample after we were informed that Mr Kim has passed visa.
On 31st, we picked up Mr Kim and his translator in Nanjing Lukou International Airport (NKG) which is the closest airport to us. When we arrived at our factory, it was about 5 o’clock in the afternoon. We planned to have a rest firstly and check the samples tomorrow, but Mr Kim preferred to check samples first. Then we lend him to workshop and check samples together. The samples are two sets of hot dipped galvanized steel pallets. Mr Kim was satisfied with the quality of the two sets of hot dipped galvanized steel pallets and made some suggestions to help us save time and cost. After that, we talked about payment terms, delivery time, price and so on. Finally Mr Kim decided to place a trial order of one container of 384 sets of hot dipped galvanized steel pallets. In the evening, we arranged meal and hotel for Mr Kim and his translator.
Since Mr Kim’s flight back to South Korea was on 2nd of June, there was one day when we can show him some places of historic interest in Nanjing City, Wall built in Ming Dynasty, and the Qinhuai River. And Also we tried Chinese food.
On 2nd of June, we picked Mr Kim and his translator from hotel and sent them to airport. It was a memorable visiting for us.
