Heavy duty pallet beam rack are used in all walks of life and are an excellent choice for people’s warehouses. One of our important customers in Pakistan ordered some heavy duty pallet rack from our company. This is the customer’s second repurchase. The first order of heavy duty rack has been shipped to the customer’s warehouse. They were satisfied after using it and came back from us again. This time, they ordered heavy duty pallet beam rack for different sizes. The depth of these racks are 1524mm, and the length specifications are more varied. The height is about three meters, and there is also a special three-column rack with a depth of 2700mm, which may be due to the relatively long depth of the stored goods.
We completed production and shipped the goods last month. Customers will receive our containers by this week. In addition, we also provide customers with detailed installation instructions to facilitate installation.
Since the uprights are relatively short, it is simple to loading the uprights and beams into the container. We can directly use a forklift to fork them in. There are pallet legs at both ends of the packaging, making it convenient for customers to pick up from the container directly with the forklift.
The beams are usually packed in 108 pieces. This is an ordinary three claws beam. If the load is relatively heavy, more than 3 tons per layer, we will choose four claws large beam. This kind of pack is usually 85 pieces. Of course, this is the packaging for high 40 containers. For 20GP and 40GP, the packaging will be slightly shorter for easier loading and unloading.
We usually provide customers with detachable heavy duty pallet beam rack. The frame pieces are composed of upright columns and horizontal diagonal braces. The horizontal diagonal braces generally do not occupy volume, but they are heavier, usually up to 880 pieces per pack.
