We handle various heavy duty pallet racking projects both internationally and domestically, and we have a professional installation team. Because domestic distances are relatively short, clients often ask us to arrange installations for convenience. Last week, we successfully completed the installation of heavy duty racking in Wuhu.
The client had an urgent need for the pallet racking project, requiring it to be usable by Monday of this week. We completed production a week ahead of schedule and immediately arranged for delivery to the site. The installation team arrived the following day for installation. Because this order was custom-made, the dimensions differed from standard pallet racking, requiring the new pallet racking to be used in conjunction with the client’s existing pallet racking. More importantly, it wasn’t specifically for storage but for use in the production process, thus requiring more sophisticated pallet racking. To better understand the client’s needs, our company arranged for professional technicians to visit the warehouse to take measurements and communicate face to face with the client to gain a better understanding of the site conditions.
After returning from the site, our technicians quickly drew up a professional pallet racking layout solution for the client, sent it for confirmation, and then confirmed the plan with the client via a brief phone conversation. The client was very impressed with our professionalism and quickly confirmed the order.
The customer dismantled the old pallet racking, and it was obvious that the expansion bolts used were no longer usable. Our installation team prepared extra expansion bolts in advance and went to the site. After the installation was completed, we found that many of the safety pins on the old pallet racking were missing. So we sent some more to the customer so that they could insert safety pin by themselves.
