Recently, our company has unlocked a new pallet application, which is used for robot handling, inventory or pickup. The whole pallet is composed of four uprights at the bottom and the base panel, the structure is simple. The bottom is higher than the regular pallets from the ground and has a certain distance, which is convenient for the robot to pick up or put down the pallet. The pallet is relatively large, with a length of 1800mm and a width of 1200mm. Of course, the size can be customized. According to the placement or storage requirements of different goods, design different size of pallets.
According to the customer’s needs for storing goods, the pallet panel is composed of rectangular tubes, and a steel plate is made in the middle of the pallet, and the logo “ten” is engraved, at the same time, the corresponding logo is also engraved at the bottom. Then the robot can scan the logo and do next step operation. Tabs are welded on all sides of the panel to hold the cargo in place and prevent it from falling into ground. At the bottom, limit blocks are also welded beside the four uprights to prevent improper operation, which can let the robot accurately find the pallet appropriate position.
As we all know, the color of the pallet can be customized, the client chose the regular overall blue color. The bottom of the pallet, that is, the panel of the pallet, can be designed into different type according to the different storage needs of the customer.
Today we introduced is the new application of pallets. Conventionally, we have variety type of pallets, such as two-legged, three-legged, double-sided pallets, single-sided pallets, right-angle pallets, rounded pallets, galvanized, powder coated, pallets on the shelf, and pallets not on the shelf, etc. It greatly facilitate the storage and handling of goods.
