Besides standard heavy duty beam racks, stacking racks are also one of our main products. We offer a wide variety of stacking racks, including standard plug-in racks and folding racks. Last week, we sampled two types of stacking racks for a customer, both with hot-dip galvanized finishes. Of course, we can also provide powder coated racks, depending on the customer’s needs and the specific application.
One type is designed and manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements. The bottom is a standard four-way steel pallet, allowing goods to be retrieved from all four directions. Four angle steel serve as uprights around the perimeter, and angle steel are used as tie rods on all four sides of the top. Its primary function is stacking, so special measures have been taken at the top, with limiting blocks added at the four corners to prevent the stacked pallets from sliding. Considering container loading, except for the bottom steel pallet, the uprights and top tie rods are all detachable. They can be secured with bolts, saving space and reducing transportation costs to some extent.
Another type is our standard plug-in round tube stacking rack. We’ve tightened the bottom post holder, making the rack more stable and less wobbly when the uprights are inserted. We recommend this type of stacking rack to our customers for the following direct advantages: First, it can be loaded more in one container, because they can be rotated and staggere. Second, it do not need to install, the bottom is welded structure, and the uprights are simply inserted into the post holder, making it more convenient to use. Third, the manufacturing process is relatively simple. we frequently provide this type of stacking rack to our customers and have extensive production experience.
We made both types of samples so that customers could have a clear understanding, make a comparison, and make an appropriate choice.
