Recently, we get a project order from our old customer in Hebei Province, China. The clients need industrial equipment to store spare auto parts. According to their storage requirements, our technology department design a new type foldable galvanized steel pallet box for them. Total two sizes, one size is 1120*700*750mm, and specially used to store small auto parts, another size is 2010*1000*800mm, which is used to hold heavier and bigger auto parts.
Because first time to do this type of steel pallet box, we do a sample first,and then delivery them to our clients. After receiving and using it, they are very satisfied for the structure and quality,then place the whole order to us. And hope to have a deep cooperation in the future.
For this type steel pallet box,we designed as collapsible one, which is convinent for transportation. And more important, when not used, can fold it up, it will save the warehouse space. Hot dip galvanized surface treament, which can prevent rust, corrosion and durability. Moreover,the clients are accustomed to use line hanging to stack steel pallet box, so the lifting ears are designed to welded on the side of the pallet box. Finally, the front and rear of the folding box are made into a half-door way, which is convenient for customers to pick up and put the goods.
We have a professional solution designing department,can regarding clients’warehouse layout, products suitation, loading capacity,provide special storage advice. Which will save costs and improve utilization rate of the whole warehouse.
