Last week, our company successfully completed the installation of the Hong Kong steel platform project. This steel platform is relatively complex. Because there are many columns in the warehouse, we need to make great use of the space and perfectly avoid the columns. The shape is irregular. The overall solution from design to production and installation was completed independently by our company.
First, the plan was modified several times, and finally it was confirmed by the customer. After the plan was confirmed and the order was confirmed, in order to ensure the feasibility of the plan, our company arranged professional technicians to go to the site in Hong Kong to review the dimensions and mark some issues that need attention. After the review, it was found that some places needed to be modified. After the modification was completed, the details were confirmed with the customer, and then the production drawings were started, followed by production. The entire production process was relatively fast. In about half a month, we completed the production of the entire project. The most important thing is the design of the plan. Our design team has rich design experience, so it can well ensure the smooth development of this project.
After the production is completed, our production staff packaged the products. It is a professional foreign trade packaging. The bottom is made of pallet legs, and both ends of the product are wrapped with cardboard to prevent collisions during transportation and damage to the product. The last step is installation. We arranged an installation team to go to the Hong Kong project site to help customers complete the entire project well. Sometimes customers can also choose to install it themselves. In this case, we will provide customers with very detailed installation drawings for reference. Or we will arrange a professional technician to guide the installation on site, or just like this project, we are fully responsible for the installation of the entire project.
