Hot dip galvanized stacking racks are the main product of our factory and are very popular among customers. The main production process is to use raw materials to produce, then remove rust, and finally do the hot dip galvanized dealing. Hot-dip galvanized stacking racks have strong anti-corrosion and anti-rust capabilities. They can be used in cold storage or outdoors, and will not rust even in the rain.
Last month, one of our customers ordered 2,000pcs hot dip galvanized stacking racks with dimensions of 1390mm inside, 930mm inside, 1500mm high, carrying 1 ton, and needing to be stacked in three layers. This is a very common size, and many customers prefer this size. Of course, all racking sizes can be customized. We designed a rack for the customer with a base frame that is mainly C-shaped structure plus round tube, which is convenient for galvanizing. The column is a round tube,and post holder is grooved.When the column is inserted into the post holder, the rack is relatively stable and not easy to shake.
Before mass production, we made three samples for the customer and conducted stacking tests. The customer was very satisfied with our product structure and test results. All the stacking racks were produced and loaded into the container within 25 days.
Stacking racks are easy to use and do not require installation. They are used in many applications. The first is the warehouse, which is the largest and most common application. It can be used to store pallets, boxes, or other items, greatly improving the utilization rate of the warehouse.
