Heavy duty beam racking is the most widely used and common type of shelving in warehouses. It is simple to utilize, consisting primarily of upright frames paired with horizontal beams. The most frequent color scheme—royal blue combined with orange-red—gives the system a bright and highly visible appearance.
It can be used on its own, with goods placed directly onto the beams—a suitable option for items that are particularly long or large. Alternatively, it can be used in conjunction with pallets: goods are first loaded and arranged onto pallets, which are then placed onto the racking system.
They can also be fitted with steel shelves or wire mesh decks. Wire mesh decks are the most commonly used option; they are slightly more cost-effective than solid steel shelves, provide an excellent surface for storing goods, and help prevent smaller items—which might otherwise fall off a pallet—from slipping through.
All specifications, dimensions, and load capacities can be customized to meet your specific requirements. Simply let us know the dimensions, number of levels, and load-bearing capacity you need, and we will select the appropriate materials accordingly. If you are unfamiliar with racking systems, we can arrange for our technical staff to visit your site, take measurements, and develop a tailored solution for you.
As a professional manufacturer of warehouse racking, we provide expert solution design for our clients—and, just as importantly, we offer highly competitive pricing to ensure the best possible value.
If a client’s load requirements are non-standard or unique, we can produce a sample unit and conduct load-bearing tests to ensure that the racking delivered to the client is safe for use.
