Last week, our factory built a long-term business relationship with one foreign company on stacking rack project. And we set up a new department for this project.
The first thing we need to do is to purchase raw material. This Monday, related department met with the material supplier and signed a cooperation agreement, which is about providing us high quality Q235 steel material.
The second step is new machine purchasing. In order to produce high-precision products, our factory decide to purchase related advanced machine, and it also can improve production efficiency.
The third point is workers. Except some mature and experienced workers who have done this project before, we also spent additional funds to recruit some skilled welders, to ensure the racking delivered smoothly, furthermore, to guarantee other orders producing and delivering successfully.
The forth point, we arranged two people to be responsible for the quality of this project: welding process, galvanizing quality inspection, and control the entire production process to ensure that we can provide high-quality products to customers.
Actually, in recent years, stacking rack has been widely used in various warehouses. We not only can provide galvanized stacking racks, but also powder coating stacking racks. Rack size, levels, loading capacity can be customized.
