4 levels Galavnized Stacking Rack

The client placed an order with our company for 1,500 sets of galvanized stacking racks. These racks feature a unique structural design: the base is shaped like a pallet, the uprights are constructed from angle steel connected to the base, and the top section is also joined using angle steel. The overall structure is robust; the base is a single welded unit, while the uprights and top section are secured via bolted connections, resulting in a simple yet straightforward design. Prior to commencing mass production, we conducted load-bearing tests.

The structure we designed is capable of being stacked up to four levels high, with each level accommodating approximately 1,000 to 1,500 kg of cargo. We first conducted a test by stacking four empty racks, which stacked perfectly to the full four-level height. Subsequently, we loaded each rack with approximately 1.5 tons of cargo and proceeded to stack them one by one; this stacking process was also executed flawlessly. Once loaded with cargo, the stacking racks proved to be even more stable than when empty—exhibiting virtually no wobbling—and demonstrated exceptional overall load-bearing capacity.

The entire structure is constructed from Q235B steel; specifically, both the angle steel components and the base pallets are fabricated from hot-dip galvanized materials. This gives the unit a bright, clean appearance while ensuring exceptional resistance to both corrosion and rust. Goods can be placed directly onto the pallets and then stacked, making the system highly convenient to use. These stacking racks allow for high-density storage configurations that require minimal aisle space, thereby significantly maximizing warehouse utilization efficiency.

The dimensions of our stacking racks can be customized to meet specific client requirements. Our professional technical team is available to design tailored solutions for you; if you have any such needs, please feel free to contact us.
